Southwest Airlines

Through Northwestern's MS Engineering Design Innovation program, we collaborated with Southwest Airlines to enhance the gate experience for travelers, particularly during irregular operations. Our goal was to improve both operational flow and passenger comfort, reducing stress and confusion during delays or schedule changes. We focused on innovative solutions that maintained Southwest’s commitment to friendly and reliable service, ensuring a positive and efficient experience even during unexpected disruptions.
